Hello ,
This post is regarding create site from Salesforce org (sandbox and production as well)
Step 1 : First of all go into SETUP (left sidebar of your screen)
Step 2 : Type "sites" in the search bar of Setup
Step 3 : After click on that you will get some information on right side of your screen
Step 4 : Simple ENTER your sites name or url that you want to show and click on Button for check availability
Step 5 : If it is accepted then click on the check box just below the text box
Step 6 : After done this all 5 steps successfully you need to click on button beside the check box and register your Force.com Domain easily.
If you want to make permission and something else on that site you need to go inside that site and do as per the information (like add some visual force page and related class over there, fields too etc.)
